Graham Borough moved to Queensland in 1986 and began painting professionally in 1988. The influences are firstly organic, from growing up in the beachside suburb of Balmoral in Sydney. Then to the Colourful brighter light of Queensland.

Worked exclusively with Interior Decorators in South East Queensland. Primary the Northern end of the Gold Coast. Moved into design and art.
2008 Opened the Graham Borough Art and Design Gallery. In an old church in Nundah. Brisbane.
Held annual exhibitions at the studio. An art studio and Gallery combined. Artistic influences changed to include Fairweather. Also travelled to Samoa and painted the churches.
Closed the Gallery in 2015. Moved to the Sunshine Coast. 2016 Created the Almora Surfboards and the artworks that embellish them.
